This policy applies to domestic (USA) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.

Shipping Processing Time: 

Orders are processed within 0-0 business days and prepared for shipment Monday through Friday.

If the estimated delivery time is exceeded by 4 more days than claimed, we will investigate the shipment and provide a solution to you the customer. We aim to provide excellent service and always make it right!

Order Changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or canceled. If you wish to return a product, you've to start the returns procedure once you've received the item.

Item Not Received

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet the tracking status shows it's delivered. you'd wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Bags as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ), but if the problems persist kindly email us Mail: support@revivehoney.com, we'll try our greatest to help you.
Sometimes tracking information won't be available. this could be due to technical issues because of which the tracking information isn't updated on the app. In such cases, if you're still unable to locate your item, contact us by Mail: at support@revivehoney.com, and we'll assist you.

Order Tracking

Visit our Track Your Order page and enter the tracking ID provided to you. We have partnered with USPS, so you can also directly track your order from the USPS website.

Delivery Terms

We use the USPS for standard Shipping or the Carrier of the customer's choice at checkout

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@revivehoney.com or Live Chat

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels Damaged In Transit 

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
