Revive Honey Return Policy

By placing an order through revivehoney.com, you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures. These policies apply to domestic (USA) countries.

60 DAYS RETURN POLICY

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at support@revivehoney.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, you should contact our mail.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Order Edits

If you would like to edit your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After the initial 2 hours we will not be able to edit your order.

EXCHANGES

We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us at  support@revivehoney.com.

Lost parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and ensure that your order reaches you, this is providing the correct address is selected at checkout. If you do not want the parcel replaced, we will have to wait 60 days before refunding the order if the parcel finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check on your order regularly during the two weeks to track its progress and provide you with accurate information.

RESTOCKING FEE 

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns. 

REFUNDS

Please note, that it may take up to 1 day for your bank to process the refund and credit your account. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
